M.H.M. & Associates was founded in 1994 by Ms. Luvina Beckley-CEO and since has grown to become one of the largest, most recognized and accredited Grant Writing, Management, and Consulting firm in the nation. With a success rate of better than 67%, M.H.M. & Associates has generated over $30 million dollars in grant funds for its’ clients. MHM’s dedicated professional staff is comprised of MHM’s C.R.E.W.™ (Compilers, Researchers, Editors and Writers ™) that work intensely to research and select only those grants that are most fitting and have the highest probability of being funded.

One of M.H.M.’s most memorable moments was watching one of its clients receive the Largest Federal Grant ever awarded by the U.S. Department of Commerce in Southern California. The Grant Award was for $2.45 Million. Another memorable moment encompasses receiving a scoring of 100 out of a possible 105 on a federal grant application submitted for one of its clients.

Today, M.H.M. looks to establish an effective system, called Satellite Grant Clustering, which empowers Cities or Large Agencies via grants, while fostering a climate that dedicates billions in grant resources to small businesses and serve agencies simultaneously! This will be the norm...this is “the way of the future...communities will become vibrant and people will thrive!”
